There are many hotel options in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. Transportation by Bus or Metro is convenient using the DC Metro System. The conference takes place in the Science and Engineering Hall (SEH) of the George Washington University which is next to the Foggy Bottom Metro Station located on the Orange, Blue or Silver Lines. Selecting a hotel close to a metro stop along any of these lines would be convenient. The most convenient of course would be to stay in one of the hotels that are in walking distance from the SEH. Please make your reservations early as hotels in Washington DC tend to sell out during the summer.
