Due to COVID-19 the conference has been delayed to October. Once we know whether the meeting will be in person or virtual we will open registration. At this point we anticipate that registration will be open in mid-August.
When registration opens, there will be an early registration period for approximately 1 month.
SBP-BRiMS Program and Special Issue Committee members should contact Dr. Kathleen M. Carley at sbpbrims@andrew.cmu.edu for registration information. All people receiving either travel grants, graduate student consortium grants or diversity scholarships must still register and pay for the conference and any tutorials they are interested in attending. See the Scholarship Page for more information. If your paper was accepted, at least one of the author's must register at the same time that the camera ready version or the paper is submitted, or the paper will be pulled from the proceedings. There are NO refunds on registration.
NOTE: When you register there is only one registration, general. The registration site states that discounts (student discount and early bird discounts will be assessed at checkout and also gives the amount. You simply need to choose general registration and then go to "check out" to see the final amount or actually FINISH the registration. You can always log out and pay later but you have to complete the registration process to see the discounts.
NOTE: Papers will be pulled from the proceedings if at least one author does not register and pay.
NOTE: If your name is on two papers - you can present only one and your co-author will need to present the other.
NOTE: All program committee members who attend need to register and pay. There is no fee waiver.
Early registration deadline: Sept 30, 2020 at 4:59PM EDT.
