SBP-BRiMS 2024 has a set of awards that are associated with it:

Best Paper Award. All accepted full papers that are presented at the 2024 conference are eligible for the Best Paper Award. To receive this award the attendee must be registered for the conference and must present the paper at the conference. Papers will be evaluated on originality, technical merit, and significance to social-cyber applications. The authors are automatically invited to revise the paper for a full journal length submission in the conference special issue of the Journal - Computational and Mathematical Organization Theory. The program committee chairs serve as the awards committee for this award.

Best Student Paper Award. All accepted full papers where a student is the first and primary author, that are presented at the 2024 conference are eligible for the best student paper award. Papers will be evaluated on originality, technical merit, and significance to social-cyber applications. To receive this award the graduate student must be registered for the conference and must present the paper at the conference. The authors are automatically invited to revise the paper for a full journal length submission in the conference special issue of the Journal - Computational and Mathematical Organization Theory. The program committee chairs serve as the awards committee for this award.

Service Award. Any contributor to the organization and running of the conference is eligible for this award. The conference chairs and one outside members serve as the awards committee for this award. Nomination should be submitted to sbpbrims@andrew.cmu.edu.

Lifetime Achievement Award. The Lifetime Achievement Award is a special SBP-BRiMS award given to distinguished researchers to recognize their contributions to the social computing, behavioral-cultural modeling, and simulation research over their career.

Reviewer Award. Program committee members who help in the review process of the submitted papers are eligible for this award. Program Committee Chairs serve as the awards committee for this award.

Challenge Problem Award. All accepted papers to the conference challenge track(s) are eligible for this award. Awards are decided based on community voting durign the conference.
