For Talks:
Talks will be 20 minutes (15 + 5 for questions). Try to keep it under a dozen slides, but everyone has their own style. If you plan on being virtual, Zoom link will be shared with you. If you are presenting in-person, please bring your presentation on a USB drive or have it available on the cloud. We will have a laptop available for you to use. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session starts to ensure that your presentation is working properly.
For Posters:
In-Person posters will be during the evening reception. Posters should be roughly 3'x4' or 4'x3' and easels will be provided. Please prepare a 2-3 minute lightning talk about your poster (no slides needed).
All posters are to be put up on October 12 (Monday) prior to the reception and the poster presenters should be at the reception to talk about their posters. In addition poster presenters are required to present a 2-minute lightening talk on October 14 (Wednesday).
